Global Amigos, and our various projects are volunteer-led with the aim of offering work experience, references, free exposure for a brand you represent – or other benefits.

There’s no one-size-fits-all so, with opportunities across all our activities, it’s very much a case of asking what you would like to contribute & how you would like to benefit from being part of our self-motivated team of fabulous individuals…

Answers on a postcard via the contact us page! Let’s get the ball rolling; there’s a world of possibilities out there.

Volunteer Abroad

Our ultimate aim is to help send people away on eye opening journeys; achieved through trips which we may organise using excess funds generated from our projects, or through sign posting to applicable organisations.

Two such organisations are the Chennai Challenge, which our founder Andy went to India with in the summer of 2017 – they accept applications from people of all ages and offer a grassroots insight every summer. See their website.

Another reputable option is International Citizen Service, who Andy spent 6 months with in Latin America in 2015-2016. For this Government-funded programme you either have to be 18-25 to be a standard volunteer on a three month placement, or 23-35 to be a Team Leader for 6 months. See their website.
